 Problem Viewing Website(s)?
Solution Perhaps you need to clear your "Cache" (Temporary Internet Files). Here's how that's done:

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 (the latest version):

From the menu, click Tools, Internet Options, and on the General tab, in the middle of the screen, click "Delete" under the "Browsing history section. When the "Delete Browsing History" box comes up, click "Delete files" next to "Temporary Internet Files". You can also click "Delete Cookies" if you want. When you're done, click "Close".

Now close your browser(s) and reopen it and try whatever you were doing again.

If you are using Firefox 3 (the latest version):

From the menu, click Tools, Options, Privacy (at the top) and under Private Data, make sure there is a checkmark in the box next to "Always clear my private data when I close Firefox". Then click the Settings button and make sure there's a checkmark in the box next to "Cache" (and whatever else you want cleared). Then click OK twice.

Now close your browser(s) and reopen it and try whatever you were doing again.

These instructions to "clear your Cache" are something that should be done periodically, like daily or at least every few days.

Hope this information helps you!
