Solution Here's how the delivery of Bob's programs work: You create a free account with your email address and a password. You are immediately sent a confirmation email to receive follow up messages, as well as a welcome message, which contains the program's login URL, your email address and the password you chose.

If you didn't see that welcome message in your Inbox, chances are great that the email has either been filtered (blocked), or it may have been delivered to your junk/bulk/spam folder. These emails are frequently filtered by email providers such as AOL, Charter, Comcast, Cox, Earthlink, Hotmail, MSN, Verizon and Yahoo.

The best way to avoid non-delivery of emails in the future is to use a Gmail account when registering for anything that requires your approval to continue to email you.
